I don't have Panera often, but today I stopped for lunch and ordered a full size Classic Salad and Large Diet Pepsi, my total was $10.37. They need to lower their prices. Especially for the amount of food you're getting.. Half sandwiches are almost $4!? That's insane. I like a few menu items but I don't come here often because of how pricy the menu is. Salad was good, drive thru was quick and friendly.

I come here all the time but this particular time I was blown away. It's lunch time and it was extremely busy so I was expecting to be waiting awhile for my food. It was surprisingly fast so me being the parniod girl I am I assumed they messed up my order and when I went to check everything was there! They even remember to give me chip instead of bread! I'm not easy to impress so they definitely deserve 5 stars!!

I spent $9.20 on half a sandwich and a cup of soup (no drink). The potato soup was just okay and a little bland for my taste. I think you'd get the same quality (maybe better) out of a can of Chunky. The Asiago steak sandwich, again, was just okay. In the future, if I'm looking for a sandwich I'm going o to Jimmy John's. From now on I'll stick with Panera if I'm looking for a bagel. I wish I could give separate ratings for food, service and value. I'd give it one star for value. $9.20 for half a sandwich, a cup of soup and no drink.... That's crazy. I went with three stars by averaging three stars for the food, the one star I'd give it for value, and the five I'd give it for service. The cashier, Jenna, was really friendly, my food was served quickly, and the restaurant was very clean.

This is my go-to Panera based on location and proximity to my living situation. The staff is always real friendly, and for the most part they are pretty competent and quick -- which is what you want at these kinds of places. Panera's food is better than fast food and the broccoli cheddar soup is my favorite soup in the world. I order it almost every time, along with the Frontega Chicken. I'd rather spend the extra couple bucks and get some good food at a slightly quicker pace. Their bagels are pretty good too!

What a ripoff! $3.59 for a CUP of soup $1.89 for a SMALL drink $4.99 for a HALF sandwich (which was more like 1/4) After paying more than $11 for a fast food lunch, I left as hungry as when I arrived. So much so that I'm off to Burger King now.

The drive thru at this location is absolutely awful. I've had a few bad experiences before but today was the worst. The girl taking orders was really rude and completely messed it up. One of the things she messed up I caught before pulling forward- I ordered a cappuccino and before pulling forward I heard her say something about a regular coffee. I looked at the screen and that's what she put in. I said "excuse me, but I was ordering a cappuccino not a coffee". She said "I know that! This isn't for your order!" Then I get to the window and they tried giving me a regular coffee. I corrected them (again) and they brought me a cappuccino with coffee spilled all over the lid and down the cup. It was so bad I went inside and asked them to remake it. The drive thru girl also failed to ring up one of the parts of my order so I had to wait for that too. I will say the girls inside were very nice and had no problem fixing my order.

Taking my review from 3 stars to 2. The parking is terrible (non existing) and they gave me the wrong sandwich the last time I was there.

Hate Panera Bread. Not that great and way over priced. I can eat at a steakhouse for what I pay here. Just mediocre food with a high price.

I have been to Panera before but not this one, The wife and I decided to come and try out the Turkey bravo sandwich. The cashier was professional and friendly. I am surprised how pricey everything is. we sat down at a small booth ( I had to wipe crumbs off the table ) we also had soup The wife had broccoli cheese ( she said it was OK ) and I had the chicken noodle, $5 for a bowl of soup is WAAAYYY to much for what you get, to me it was a little bland, the homemade croutons were a good touch. also got a small bag of kettle chips. The sandwich was very good, I do wish the bacon was more crispy ( something I found out later that they make their bacon in the morning and cant make it crispy, BOOOO ) The dirty dish area was packed with dirty plates, and overheard some employees mention the same thing to each other but the dirty dishes remain. I will probably return to Panera but maybe not this one, It needs a little more... attention?

Normally, I find Panera a good break from the monotonous McDonald's and Wendy's food. THIS particular morning, the Asiago breakfast Bagel was.., ummm.., well, a mistake. The MAIN reason why I ordered this to begin with, is because I can have a choice as to the kind of bagel I can have. PLUS for me. I substituted Everything Bagel instead of the Asiago. I ordered what would have been the equivalent of the bacon, egg and cheese bagel at McDonald's. To my dismay, the egg was not thoroughly cooked and the two strips of bacon was not only NOT crispy but are really thin. Don't get me wrong. The ambiance, the people... just as good. The one star is for BREAKFAST at Panera's. I will rather have McDonald's bacon, egg and cheese bagel ordered through drive thru. This one is a MISS. NOTE: I will STILL be back at Panera's -- only not for breakfast. :(

I have to tell you this is one of the nicer and friendlier Panera Bread places I've been in. I stopped in here during the late afternoon and the cashiers were friendly and ready to take my order, they offered the "cookie or pastry for 99 cents") which would never happen at my local Panera. I could tell they must have a pretty hoppin' lunch hour because they had a huge stack of those buzzer and blinking light things. They didn't need them for the time period I was there. The food was exactly as I ordered (another big difference from my local Panera which never seems to get it right) and tasty. It was definitely a nice experience.

Does anybody else remember Panera Bread being way better a long time ago? This Panera is consistently sub-par compared to others. In general I find the place a bit overpriced, yet enjoyable on a basic level.. especially if I have work to do and need free WiFi. So back this this location: don't be surprised to find little to no meat on your sandwich. Staff is usually young and not knowledgeable about the menu (me: "what's on the Florentine Chicken?" cashier: "let me go ask the manager" etc.). Jimmy John's is right down the road, and I would personally rather go there.

I have to say that I have been to a lot of different Panera locations, and this is definitely one of the best. I love going into that store, I feel like family. The staff is completely knowledgeable of what each menu item consists of. I like that I can substitute breads or bagels for orders. I've had almost everything on the menu at least once. They stack the meats on their sandwiches, there's a ton of dressing on their salads, and everything is always fresh. I also like their frozen coffees, they're delicious. The atmosphere is always warm and inviting. The staff are so friendly. You can tell they truly enjoy their job. My food is always made perfectly and if there's ever a mistake they don't just correct it but they like to make up for it with little extras.

My husband and I visit two Panera bread stores. This is one. We love it. The people are so friendly and fast although the latter is not an issue with us. I wish they had the vegetable soup every day. It is so good! They now have a drive thru which may goof up the parking lot but he and I usually go in the late afternoon. Love the bagels. I always buy some to take home. Megan is one of the managers here and she is really funny and busy. She's always running around helping other people out. We will always go here...and the one on John R, but that is for another review.

Panera bread is pretty consistent everywhere you go, the only thing about this location is that they are kind of slow. Every time I have to wait more than what I know it should be. It is always super packed around lunch time.

I love Panera Breads soups, salads, and sandwiches. But why oh why can't they ever have a single table that is clean. Every single time I go to this Panera. or any other one around the country, the tables that are open are in need of a good cleaning. My pet peeve and the main reason I drive a bit further and end up at Baja Fresh most of the time. If you ask, they always send someone out to clean but I don't understand why I have to ask. Walking around with a tray of food while they do this is getting old!!

Ahhh Panera, my home-away-from-home. See that table down at the end, left corner...? That's MINE - no touchy!! Okay, down to the business of reviewing (what you came for, right?) What I like about (this) Panera: 1- Consistency in food prep - when I order my Greek salad (a menu favorite). I know it will be thoroughly and properly dressed within an inch of it's life, the cucumbers, tomatoes, beets and onions will be diced " just SO" and that wonderful dash of finely-ground pepper will be atop the feta - just the way I likey, time and again. 2-Even though I don't usually sit near the fireplace, I love going there of a cold fall or winter's day, mayhap a bit of precip outside; SO COZY. 3-Coffee always good, and freshly prepared, even has a little sign hanging from those portable coffee-dispense thingys, letting me know what time said beverage was prepared - I think they throw it out and make more if it attains a certain amount of decrepitude (though how could they, when it's usually packed with people). (note to Panera) Please oh PLEASE bring back the cheese croissant you so carelessly threw off of the menu in response to the " fear the trans-fats!" hysteria - I miss the flaky(read:caloric), creamy(read:artery clogging), dusting -of-powdered-sugar GOODNESS that was the cheese croissant...sigh Do go, enjoy (as I know you will), just steer clear of that table in the back.
